YB box type substation, which is also known as European box type substation, meets the standards of GB17467-1998 high and low voltage prefabricated substation and IEC1330. The box transformer completes the functions of electric energy exchange, distribution, transmission, measurement and communication, as well as the control, protection and communication of the system.
YB type substation is composed of high-voltage switch, low-voltage distribution panel, distribution transformer and shell. High voltage is air load switch. The transformer is dry-type transformer or oil immersed transformer. The box body adopts good heat insulation and ventilation structure, beautiful appearance and good heat insulation performance. The box body is equipped with upper and lower ventilation ducts. The temperature rise caused by outdoor isolation to the transformer room and high and low voltage room can be reduced to the minimum. Temperature controlled forced ventilation device and solar temperature automatic control device shall be installed in the box. Each independent unit is equipped with perfect control, protection, live indication and lighting system.
It is applicable to small unattended substations with a voltage of 35kV and a capacity of 5000KVA and below. It is widely used in urban industrial substations, 10kV ring network systems, rural 35kV substations and other occasions.
It can complete the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation, system control, protection and communication functions of electric energy.
The primary and secondary equipment shall be pre installed in a movable, fully enclosed, temperature self-control, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof and rust proof box, which shall be transported to the site and only installed on the cement foundation. It has the characteristics of less investment, short construction period, less floor area and easy coordination with the environment.
