Our outdoor transformer substation includes three essential functional compartments designed for optimal power distribution:
We manufacture this substation according to user and customer requirements under their drawing/single line diagram (SLD) and specific needs. We design and produce this substation under the international standard of IEC1330 and High Voltage standard IEC62271-200.
HV & LV Compartment: Designed with complete functionality. The H.V. compartment supports various power supply methods when testing the power supply at one time. It can also be installed with H.V. testing appliances to meet high-voltage testing demands.
Transformer Compartment: Can be configured with S7, S9, or other low-consumption oil-immersed transformers as well as dry-type transformers. This compartment is equipped with automatic start wind cooling systems and lighting systems.
Low Voltage Compartment: Customized according to user needs. It adopts a fixed or assembled structure for electrical power supply systems, providing functions like light distribution, power distribution, reactive power compensation, and electrical power testing to improve power distribution quality.
Enclosure Materials: The substation body is available in metal, stainless steel, or non-metal materials, which can be selected based on project environment requirements.
This substation serves as a critical power distribution and supply unit in electrical cable networks. It is a complete set of power supply equipment with high-voltage controlling, protection, converting, and distribution functions, suitable for 3-phase AC 50Hz and rated current up to max 1600KVA transformers. It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, residential quarters, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and various other distribution systems.
We primarily manufacture and export 11KV, 15KV, 20KV, 24KV, and 33KV types. For customized requirements, we can accommodate special configurations once we receive the technical specifications or drawings.
