IE-EcoAir-15.6/24kV 630A series environmentally friendly switches are a new generation of "fluorine-free and low solid waste" green environmentally friendly circuit breaker switches and environmentally friendly gas insulated ring main units developed to replace traditional SF6 gas insulation.
The environmentally friendly circuit breaker switch adopts an integrated high-strength longitudinal beam, and the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is wrapped in the longitudinal beam structure. It has the advantages of reliable structure and simple debugging. It isolates the opening, closing and grounding operations of the knife switch by an integrated isolation spindle. Driven by the machine, there is no other arm transmission, the working position is more precise, and the operating force of the isolation mechanism is lighter. The main shaft of the circuit breaker is made of epoxy fiberglass trigger rod, which has high mechanical strength and strong insulation performance. Through the alloy bracket and transmission cam, the opening and closing actions of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber are realized. The phases are reinforced with silicone umbrella skirts to increase the creepage distance. The environmentally friendly circuit breaker switch is not only suitable for ring main units with sealed air chamber structure, but also for normal pressure metal enclosed ring main units.

This product should be installed on the embedded channel steel on a concrete platform, and the platform base should be robust enough to support the total weight of the equipment.
Note: The foundation channel steel for secondary pouring must be level, and the unevenness per meter should not exceed 1mm. The switch cabinet is fixed on the foundation channel steel and the basic load of the welded switch cabinet is allowed to be 500-700kg/unit.
The height of the switch cabinet is 1650mm (without independent instrument room). If independent instruments are required, the overall switch height is 2000mm. The standard configuration cabinet depth is 850mm.
All components inside the 15.6kV/630A unit are maintenance-free during the declared product life. The isolation and grounding positions can be easily observed to ensure operator safety during cable construction.
The system loop is completely isolated from the atmosphere, and a special arc pressure relief channel is integrated into the air box to protect operators and machinery. Movable parts outside the air box have undergone extensive anti-corrosion treatments and are pre-lubricated. Under extreme environments (dust, sand, and dirt), standard inspections, maintenance, and occasionally part replacements may be recommended.
