Product Overview
The lightning protection combiner box is designed to combine the DC input of up to 24 photovoltaic cell module strings into one or more outputs. Each channel is equipped with a fuse, and the output features a lightning protector and a circuit breaker, significantly simplifying the DC power distribution cabinet and the input wiring of the inverter. It provides robust lightning protection, short circuit protection, and grounding protection.
Combiner boxes are available in two types: intelligent and non-intelligent. The intelligent version is equipped with a confluence monitoring unit that tracks the input current of each photovoltaic cell string, total output voltage, internal temperature, lightning protector status, and circuit breaker status.
Featuring a simple, clear, and neat internal layout, the device ensures high reliability and easy maintenance. Ideal for outdoor wall-mounted installation, it adapts to various harsh environments. Core components can also be customized based on specific user requirements.

  • Protection level reaches IP65, providing waterproof, dustproof, rustproof, and anti-salt spray capabilities suitable for outdoor installation.
  • Supports connection for up to 24 battery series simultaneously.
  • Positive and negative poles of each battery string feature specialized PV fuses for module protection during faults, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring personnel safety.
  • Equipped with a high-voltage surge protector for photovoltaics (Uc up to 1000VDC) to protect positive/negative poles to ground.
  • Power module supports maximum PV voltage of 1000VDC.
  • Measurement and control module utilizes a reliable Hall sensor (DC CT sensor) to monitor current, busbar voltage, box temperature, and output status.
  • Features a digital display showing individual string currents, bus voltage, temperature, and system status information.
  • Supports RS485/MODBUS-RTU serial port communication.
  • Equipped with an external interface for lightning protection.
  • Capable of receiving parameter downloads from local monitoring systems for analysis.
  • Flexible working power source: choice of external 220VAC/DC or self-powered from the combiner box.
